Departure to Cuernavaca from the south of the city, continuing on the modern road that, in about an hour, will take us to the City of Buganvilias, or "Eternal Spring" due to its warm climate. We will visit the cathedral, built as a mission in 1552 and elevated to cathedral in 1891 (representative of the viceregal era). We will continue our journey along winding roads through the Sierra Madre Occidental, flanked by valleys and pine forests, and we will enter the Sierra del Estado de Guerrero until we reach the picturesque colonial mining town of Taxco. Known as the Silver City, we will visit the famous Church of Santa Prisca (it is said to have been built with silver from Taxco). We will have time to visit its silversmiths, walking through its squares and cobblestone alleys framed by rustic and picturesque reddish tile houses that have inspired countless artists. Return to Mexico City at 17:00 h. Arrival at the hotel approximately at 20:00 h.
