Itinerary

DAY 1 – WEDNESDAY – CIUDAD DE MÉXICO
Arrival at Mexico City Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation and free afternoon.

DAY 2 – THURSDAY – CIUDAD DE MÉXICO
Breakfast. Tour of the Basilica, Pyramids, and Historic Center.
Includes one buffet lunch.

DAY 3 – FRIDAY – CIUDAD DE MÉXICO – PUEBLA – OAXACA DE JUÁREZ
We depart from Mexico City for Puebla de los Ángeles, where we will explore the stunning Santa María Tonantzintla temple, meticulously decorated by indigenous hands. We will also admire the beauty of the Rosario Chapel, the imposing Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, and the priceless charm of the Historic Center.
Afterward, we continue to Oaxaca, where we will stay to rest and prepare for the next stage of the trip.

DAY 4 – SATURDAY – OAXACA DE JUÁREZ – MONTE ALBÁN – SAN PABLO VILLA DE MITLA – SANTA MARÍA DEL TULE – OAXACA DE JUÁREZ
Today we immerse ourselves in the history and culture of Mexico by visiting Monte Albán, an impressive archaeological site located on a mountaintop. We will discover traces of the Olmec, Zapotec, and Mixtec cultures, visiting sites such as the Great Plaza, the Observatory, Tomb Number 7, and the Stelae of the Dancers.
Then, we continue to Mitla, the "City of the Dead," famous for its symbolic fretwork.
Later, we visit the majestic Tule Tree, possibly the largest living being on the planet.
Upon returning to Oaxaca, we will visit the Cathedral, the splendid Temple of Santo Domingo, and the Gold Museum.

DAY 5 – SUNDAY – OAXACA DE JUÁREZ – TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ – CAÑÓN DEL SUMIDERO – SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS
We depart at 6:00 a.m. for Tuxtla Gutiérrez, stopping for breakfast en route.
Upon arrival, we head to the pier for an unforgettable boat ride through the impressive Sumidero Canyon.
We then continue to San Cristóbal de Las Casas, where we stay and rest.

DAY 6 – MONDAY – SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS – SAN JUAN CHAMULA – ZINACANTÁN – CITY TOUR SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS
In the morning, we visit the Tzotzil indigenous communities of San Juan Chamula, where we will witness a unique fusion of the ancient and the contemporary.
Afterward, we continue to Zinacantán, where we will visit its church and a family cooperative. Here, the women will show us how they work the backstrap loom, a pre-Hispanic technique still alive.
We will taste a typical regional drink and, if we're lucky, homemade tortillas.
We will return to San Cristóbal de Las Casas for a walking city tour and free time to enjoy this beautiful city.
Overnight stay.

DÍA 7 – TUESDAY – SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS – VILLAHERMOSA – CANCÚN
We depart early for Villahermosa (approximately 5 hours).
Upon arrival, we head to the Villahermosa airport for the flight to Cancun. (additional cost applies)
Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Cancun.

DAY 8 – WEDNESDAY – CANCÚN – AEROPUERTO
At the prearranged time, your transfer will be waiting in the hotel lobby to take you to the Cancun airport, where you'll catch your return flight or continue your adventure through the Mayan world with one of our tours of Yucatán.

    CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

    CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

    • The order of services may change due to force majeure, without affecting the overall content. No refunds or compensation will apply.
    • Price variations may occur due to mandatory changes from force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
    • Changes in flights must be reported at least 48 hours in advance for service adjustments.
    • Late or different arrival without notice may incur extra charges, subject to agency approval.

    CANCELLATIONS

    • Cancellations must be made at least 45 days before arrival to negotiate penalties as per contract.
    • Late cancellations will incur a 100% accommodation charge.
    • Excursion-only bookings must be canceled 15 days (low season) or 25 days (high season) before service date.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds are processed through the agency that made the reservation and payment.
