Day 1: OAXACA
Arrival in Oaxaca and transfer to the hotel. Free time to settle in and relax. At the agreed-upon time, we will begin our visit to this beautiful Green Quarry City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The City Walk allows you to explore downtown Oaxaca on foot, accompanied at all times by a guide. Begin by visiting the two most famous markets, 20 de Noviembre and Benito Juárez, where you will find a wide variety of typical foods and regional products that you will surely not resist trying. We will continue the tour by visiting the Zócalo and the Cathedral, until we reach the Temple of Soledad, Patron Saint of the City. Next to the Plaza de los Danzantes, we can enjoy a delicious regional ice cream to refresh ourselves. We will visit a chocolate factory to learn about the grinding process and the different ways to prepare it. We will end the tour by walking along the tourist walkway where you can see several shops, restaurants, museums, and galleries, until we reach the Temple of Santo Domingo, an example of Mexican Baroque, built by the Dominican Order. Includes regional snow. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Monte Alban, Tilcajete, Ocotlan and San Bartolo Coyotepec
After breakfast at the hotel, we will meet in the lobby to begin our visit to the archaeological site of Monte Albán. We will tour the Central Plaza, the heart of Monte Albán, and the main buildings are located around it. These include the ball court, the south platform, the dancers' plaza, and the observatory. We recommend wearing a cap, scarf, and tennis shoes. We will then head to San Martin Tilcajete . Here, our artisan will be waiting for us, where he will explain how these wonderful wooden figures are made and the meaning of the fretwork and pictograms they bear.
At the end, we'll head to Ocotlán. Here, we'll observe how the ancient tradition of pre-Hispanic markets are still used. We'll join our artisan, who will show us the process of making the site's famous cutlery. They'll teach us everything from forging to applying leather or wood sheaths. We'll stop for lunch at a buffet restaurant for a quick break (food not included).
Toward the end, we'll visit San Bartolo Coyotepec, where we'll be able to observe the process and production of black clay. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 3: TULE – MITLA ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE – HIERVE EL AGUA – TEOTITLAN DEL VALLE – MEZCAL PALENQUE
Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed-upon time, we will meet in the lobby to begin our tour. We make our first stop at the legendary Tule Tree, a marvel of Oaxaca's natural beauty. A few minutes away is the archaeological site of Mitla, also known as "The City of the Dead," a place steeped in history and featuring impressive geometric architecture. It is undoubtedly an incomparable place to experience the history of the people of Oaxaca. The next stop, after a 1-hour hike, will be a true natural wonder: the petrified waterfalls of "Hierve el Agua," a striking setting with sulfurous waters and endless displays of colorful landscapes. It consists of a series of petrified waterfalls characterized by their white color and immensity, located at the top of the ravine.
On our way back, we'll stop for lunch at a buffet-style restaurant to sample regional dishes (food not included).
To conclude our day, we visit Teotitlán del Valle, a town renowned for its wool rug making. We will learn about wool dyeing, its loom construction, and the final production of a rug. We will also visit a craftswoman who will explain how to make the beeswax candle used for wedding proposals and altars of the dead. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 4: BEACH - OAXACA
Departure at 7am towards Huatulco via the new highway, arriving at 10:20 am in Huatulco for breakfast and to visit the different beaches, Zipolite, Mazunte, San Agustinillo and Punta Cometa. After a full day of rest, we will head back to the city at 7pm, arriving at the hotel around 10pm. Accommodatio.

Day 5: GUELATAO – MOLINILLOS - CAPULALPAM
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll meet in the lobby for a tour through the mountains to San Pablo Guelatao, a town famous for being the birthplace of Benemérito de las Américas, Don Benito Juárez García. We'll delve into the history of this great Oaxacan icon. At the end of the tour, we'll head deeper into the mountains to visit our first artisan dedicated to making the wooden mills used to make chocolate. We'll then head to Capulálpam de Méndez, a town nestled in the Sierra Juárez mountains, designated a Magical Town by UNESCO in 2010. You'll have lunch at a restaurant located in the mountainous terrain (food not included).
